Missy is my sweetest female.  I am going to miss having her lift her head for a kiss and then letting me hug her. Boogie's temperament definitely comes through in his babies.  Missy would make a wonderful PR llama and pet.  $750 

Maya is definitely an appy but her spots are a dilute red so she is sort of a pastel rose appy.  She has very silky wool and and a very pretty feminine face.  We have more requests for pets/guards than breeding females so we are selling her as an open female for $750.

Jazzabelles's mother Miss Lucy is a full sister to the best female we have ever produced, Miss Rita.  You can see Miss Lucy below under the Recently Sold females. We registered Jazzy because if we still have her we plan on showing her at the VA Classic but for now we are offering her as an open female for $750

We finally got an intense appy out of these parents.  Her full sisters are beautiful reds. Bonita won a Reserve Champion Heavy Wool Female at Saff 2009. And Carmen her full sister won Grand Champion Argentine at the 2010 VA Classic.   Appalina came in 2nd in her class and placed in the Top Five at five months old. We plan on keeping her in our breeding program.  But we get so many requests for appys we are offering her for sale for $4500.

Nancy has beautiful silky black fiber and is not exactly a mini but on the small side.  At this point she is 39 1/2 inches, the same as her father, Boogie.  She is a sweet girl and very easy to handle.  We often get requests for smaller llamas for shorter people.  She would be a good choice. She has been bred to BAL Haggerty for a Fall 2012 baby.   $1250.

Confetti's mom, Coco Bean won Grand Champion Light Wool female as a juvenile. Coco Beans gave us a truly stunning light wool female in Confetti.  She is a a half Argentine and her grandfather is a full Chilean, so she offers diverse bloodlines for breeding.  She would also do well in the South.  $2500.

Yin just won 1st and Reserve Grand at the Virginia Classic 2011.  You can see her mother below.  Her father is an appy and her grandmother is an appy so who knows she may even throw appies.  She is a very sweet silky girl that we would just as soon keep in our breeding program.  But we can't keep them all and we want to offer you our best.  So she is for sale at $3000

Sambuca is a Movin On daughter out of Shangrila's Jelly Bean, a Paso Peru Daughter who is an intense Appy.  She got her first blue ribbon as Heavy Wooled Yearling at SAFF.  She went on to win a first place and Reserve Champion as an Adult. Her first baby took a second and 4th of the Top Five at Five Heavy Wool Male at 5 months and a first and Reserve Grand at 11 months. This Fall she gave us a beautiful baby girl Yin & Yang who just won Reserve Champion at the VA Classic 2011. She will be bred back to Power Spike for a Fall 2012 baby.  $1500

Fancy is out of BAL Presidio's and Shangrila's Sally a Hobbes Daughter.  She is a very feminine, pretty girl.  Her full sister is Shangrila's Prissy.  She turned out to be a very, very heavy wooled adult.  And it looks like Fancy will be to.  Fancy has just given us a beautiful black boy by Boogie Knight.  She is an awesome first time mom.  She is confirmed pregnant by BAL Haggerty for a Spring 2012 baby. $2000

Queenie holds the record for the largest baby born at Shangrila. She is a wonderful mother and a very sweet natured female even when pregnant.  She is confirmed pregnant by BAL Whisk Me Away for a Spring 2012 baby. $1500

  Lizzie was premature and we had to fight to keep her alive.  But she was a trooper and fought along with us.  Luckily though this was her mother's first baby, Mango was a great mother with tons of milk.  Lizzie has very silky fiber with a beautiful crimp.  She is very sweet.  Her mother held her next baby full term and he is doing great.  Lizzy won 1st place at SAFF 2009. She is confirmed pregnant by BAL Whisk Me Away for a Spring 2012 baby.   $2000

Miss Judy has given us many wonderful babies but we feel she deserves a rest.  When she is not pregnant she is very sweet and affectionate.  She measures 39 inches at the withers so she is a small llama and would make a great pet but is large enough to guard. Her fall 2011 baby girl is almost ready to wean or we would sell them as a pair now for $1000.

Even though we were hoping for a traditional appaloosa with her intense appy mom and dad, we were very pleased with this beautiful 1/2 Argentine girl.  She loves to kiss and be petted and with her genes she could throw appy.  In fact our red llamas seem to be more likely to have appys than our appys.  Bonita won a Reserve Champion Heavy Wool Female at Saff 2009. I still haven't done justice to Kisses.  Her ear fringe and bangs give her a very exotic look. She has an intense appy mom and dad and she is 1/2 Argentine so she would be a valuable addition to your breeding program.  She has very silky fiber and wonderful confirmation.  She was a huge hit at Festival in the Park, letting everyone pet her. We already had a Peaches so this beautiful peach colored baby was named Nectarine.  She has knock down gorgeous fiber and she is very sweet and affectionate. She is an awesome PR llama and her fleece was the first to be sold at the Sedalia Fiber Festival.  Her parents are very large so I think she's going to be as well.

Miss Jilly is a true light wool llama.  She is big and solid with great confirmation and is very affectionate even when pregnant.  She is a wonderful mother. She has had two stunning boys that both did well in the showring.  And Spunky her newest baby is adorable and very sweet we will be showing him at the VA Classic and then he has been sold as a future pack llama to Applewood Inn.  Jilly would make a great guard.  She last weighed in at 374 and is the first to investigate anything going on. Lilith is a daughter of Shangrila's Mariah and Power Spike.  She is a light wooled intense appaloosa with loads of stretch.  She is the tallest of the spring babies.  She lets me stroke her down her neck and back just  like a cat.  She comes from a long line of appy's so there is a good chance she will have appy babies.  We found Altanero to add to our herd just for our Power Spike Daughters. Lilith has been breed to Argentine Altanero for a Spring 2009 baby.  Sold
